Recycling Centre Permit
We are changing how you access your local recycling centre.
This change will ensure only East Ayrshire residents gain access to their local recycling centre.
Creating an online permit means you no longer have to bring identification each time you visit.
Your vehicle registration will be checked on arrival at the recycling centre.
You can register up to two vehicles per household and your permit will remain active for as long as you stay at your registered address.
How do I create a permit?

- Register for a customer account
- Activate your account
- Follow the simple steps to create your online permit
What do I need to obtain my permit?
- An email address
- Your address including postcode
- Car registration details
- *Annual council tax bill
