Changes to Customer Account

On the 7th July we are changing the way you log in to your Our East Ayrshire customer account. Find out more about what this means for you.

How will this affect my customer account?

  • When you first log in from 7th July, you must set a new password to access your customer account. You only need to do this once.
  • You will need access to your email account you currently log in with to complete email verification.
  • Once logged in, you will be able to access services as normal.

What do I need to do?

  • Ensure you have access to your registered email address.
  • Set a new password after first login.
  • Complete email verification when prompted.
  • If you no longer have access to the email account you sign in with, you will need to re-register using a different email address.

What is changing?

  • We are introducing email verification when you first register, and anytime you change your password or email address.
  • A six digit code will be sent to your email. Enter the code on screen to approve these changes.
  • Each code is only valid for 10 minutes.
  • This enhances security when managing changes to your account.
